The story so far…

Previously owned by the global Kerry Foods business Kerryfresh was established in 1996 as a route to the convenience market for Kerry Foods brands. Fresh to Store Ltd acquired the Kerryfresh distribution business from Kerry Foods on 15th February 2015 via a management buy out, but our history goes back much further.

Kerry Foods acquires a van sales business, brands it as Kerry Foods Direct to Store and starts distributing Kerry Foods branded products to UK convenience stores.

Kerry Foods Direct to Store recognises the opportunity to distribute a wider range products to the convenience sector and becomes a supply partner for Pepsico, Unilever, Dairycrest, Muller & Kepak.

2002 - 2008

Kerry Foods Direct to Store acquires various other van sales businesses including Pork Farms, Geo Adams and Bernard Matthews, becoming the leading distributor of chilled products to the convenience sector.

Kerryfresh strikes a major deal to be the main supplier of URBAN eat sandwiches to the convenience sector.

Kerryfresh secures the contract to supply WHSmith travel sites with its full chilled range,

On 15th February 2015 Fresh to Store Ltd acquires the Kerryfresh business following a management buy out, continuing to trade as Kerryfresh.
